Lonnie's business statement is simple; "I'm in the business to positively impact current and future homeowners through great advice, knowledgeable information and properly structured mortgage products that have the customer’s best interest at the forefront. It's not what's best for me; it's what's best for the customer that counts".

Lonnie and his wife Barbara have been married 18 years; have a 3 ½ year old son, Jimmy and a 1 ½ year old son, Adam. Lonnie also has a 27 year old son, Josh, who is married and living in Phoenix. Josh and his wife are the parents of a two kids themselves, Kai and Corrin, making Lonnie and Barbara grandparents.

Away from work Lonnie is an avid NASCAR fan, Lonnie’s love of NASCAR allowed him to take his hobby of photography and combining it with freelance writing to go and cover NASCAR races for several major publications back in the 90’s. When not watching NASCAR, Lonnie can be found reading a good book or listening to some music. Lonnie's also an avid sports nut following: the University of Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Bears, Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns sports teams.

Along with being a member of the CMPS Institute, Lonnie also belongs to: The Lake Havasu Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, a committee member for the area March of Dimes March for Babies walk, Lake Havasu Chamber of Commerce and is the past-president of the Havasu Toastmasters chapter in Lake Havasu. Lonnie’s expertise in the mortgage industry has evolved into him hosting regular lunch and learn seminars within the real estate community as well as being a speaker at the local Board of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors meetings as well as a business source by the Today’s News Herald newspaper.
